Viral Pistachio Chocolate Class - 21 Sep 11.30am (Saturday)

Saturday 21 September 2024, 12.30pm-2pm approx.

In this 1.5 hour workshop, you'll get to recreate the viral pistachio chocolate bar that has been all over social media! You'll learn the basics of tempering, painting with coloured cocoa butter, creating filings and moulding + capping blocks. At the end, you'll walk away with 3 pistachio blocks that you've created yourself!

You'll be working in pair in this workshop so it is the perfect activity to book with a friend or partner!

This is a great class for beginners and we will teach you all you need to know - just bring an enthusiasm to learn!

Where: HQThirtyFour in Fyshwick
When: Sunday 18 August, 11.30am-1pm
Included: All supplies needed, aprons to keep your clothes clean, 3 full sized blocks which you created, packaged up to take home with you, instruction from our chocolatier/pastry chef
