House-made passionfruit couverture chocolate made with real fruit, swirled together with a 32% caramelised white chocolate. The toasted, biscuit notes of the caramelised chocolate pair perfectly with the bright and tangy passionfruit chocolate.
Handmade in Canberra.

The passionfruit is very tangy (tastes like real passionfruit!) and comes through very strongly in the block. However, if you are able to get a mouthful of both passionfruit and caramelised white chocolate it has a lovely balance.
This is my favourite! The right amount of tangy and sweet. Delicious.
