In this 1.5 hour workshop, we're going to teach you the science behind tempering chocolate before you get to jump straight in and give it a go! Once your chocolate is perfectly tempered, we get to the fun part - learning how to hand dip chocolates and decorate! At the end you'll get to take home a box full of your dipped chocolates to enjoy and a workbook with what you've learnt!
You'll be working in pair in this workshop so it is the perfect activity to book with a friend or partner!
This is a great class for beginners and we will teach you all you need to know - just bring an enthusiasm to learn!

Where: HQThirtyFour in Fyshwick
When: Sunday 13 October, 12.30pm until 2pm
Included: All supplies needed, aprons to keep your clothes clean, a box full of your chocolate creations to take home with you, instruction from our chocolatier/pastry chef
